It’s a familiar problem: you may be buried in bills, hounded by creditors, and behind on important things, like your mortgage, but you don’t have the fist full of dollars right now that it would take to file for bankruptcy and end the turmoil once and for all.
But this year, I have a proposed solution: use your tax refund as your down payment on real financial freedom.
Here’s how it works:
From now until April 15th, if you use your tax refund ($1,400 or more) to hire me for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy case, that’s all the money you will have to come up with, and you can file your case and get the creditors off your back right away.
For example, if your refund is between $1,400 and $2,800 this year, that is all it takes to pay your legal fees for the case. So if your refund is $1,612, bring it in with your tax forms and I’ll charge you only $1,612 for the case. If the refund is $1,557, you pay $1,557 for the case. And so on….
If your refund is over $2,800, your full fee will be fixed at only $2,795. Still a big savings over most places, and you keep what’s left over.
And if your refund is less than $1,400, bring it in and you can use it as a deposit on your bankruptcy case, and I’ll charge you only $1,400 to do the case.
No extra charges for married filing jointly either. So you get two bankruptcies for the price of one.
Plus you can get started today, get everything ready, and pay only when you get your refund.
So instead of getting a crappy refund loan, going out and blowing it on a flat screen for the March Madness or Opening Day, and then feeling awful all over again, this year you can use your refund to break the cycle and have a fresh start for spring.
Where are the asterisks and the fine print? Right here:
* You need to file your bankruptcy case before April 15, 2019.
* Offer is for new clients with Chapter 7 cases only.
* Court filing fee ($335) and credit reports are included.
* Offer not available to debtors with business, self-employment income or rental income.
*Clients must have their own e-mail address and printer.
* You only need to use your federal tax refund. If you are getting a refund from Massachusetts, Maine or another state, keep it! I’ll show you how…
